CHM-A4-5 A4 Paper Sheeter Machine Completes High-Speed Running Test Before Delivery.

Before every CHM machine leaves our factory, it goes through a complete testing process to ensure stable performance in real production environments.

Recently, a CHM-A4-5 A4 Paper Sheeter Machine completed its final running test in the CHM workshop before delivery.

During this test, our engineers installed five paper rolls on the unwinding stand and carried out a full inspection of the machine operation, including paper feeding stability, cutting performance, and high-speed running capability.The test started from low speed.

The machine gradually accelerated while our engineers monitored every movement of the system. The paper rolls ran smoothly, the feeding process remained stable, and the control system responded accurately throughout the acceleration process.

As the speed continued to increase, the machine maintained stable operation.

The speed display finally reached 221 meters per minute.

At this running speed, the CHM-A4-5 continued to deliver consistent performance, with smooth paper transportation and reliable cutting operation.

For an A4 paper production line, achieving high speed is only one part of the challenge. In daily production, customers also require stable operation, accurate sheet size, and consistent output quality over long working periods.

Every CHM-A4-5 is carefully checked by our engineering team to verify that each system works together properly — from paper unwinding and feeding to precision cutting and finished sheet delivery.

After completing the test, this CHM-A4-5 will be prepared for shipment and installed at the customer’s production site, continuing to support efficient A4 paper converting.
