Paper drifting to one side, uneven sheet alignment, surface wrinkles, and unstable cutting size are problems frequently seen in A4 copy paper production and other roll-to-sheet applications.
For thin paper, unstable feeding may cause slipping or uneven tension. For heavier paper such as coated paper and board, excessive pressure or poor alignment can create wrinkles and affect the final sheet quality.

Many operators try to solve these problems by adjusting the edge guiding system, but the guiding roller itself is often a key factor that determines how smoothly the paper enters the cutting section.
To improve paper feeding stability, CHM Machinery developed an adjustable parallel guide aluminum roller system for its Paper Sheeter Machine series.
The structure allows operators to make three types of adjustments:
Vertical height adjustment
Horizontal position adjustment
Parallel alignment fine adjustment
With these adjustments, the guide roller can be accurately matched to different paper conditions and production requirements.
The hollow aluminum roller design reduces the weight of the rotating part, allowing smoother operation at high speed. The polished roller surface also reduces friction and helps protect the paper surface during transportation.

For lightweight materials such as A4 copy paper, stable contact and proper tension control help prevent paper slipping.

By maintaining stable paper tension across the web width, it helps reduce problems such as paper deviation, uneven tension, and sheet misalignment.
