The machine is running normally.

But after cutting, the finished paper stack is not neat.

Some sheets move slightly.

The reason is not always the cutting knife.
During roll paper sheeting, the paper needs to stay in a stable position from the beginning. If the paper web moves slightly before cutting, the deviation will accumulate after thousands of sheets, making the final stack uneven.
One common reason is unstable paper tension.
During high-speed production, the paper moves continuously from the roll to the cutting section. If the tension on both sides is different, the paper may shift during feeding. Thin paper, coated paper, and high-speed A4 production are especially sensitive to this issue.
Another factor is the feeding and guiding system. Without stable paper control, even a small deviation during transportation can affect the final stacking quality.
