Check whether there are dangers and technical errors on each part of the cutting unit then lift paper by pneumatic paper rack, abide by the procedure.
Dispatch paper to the anti-curve rack and the front guiding unit, after adjust the pressure and edge knife, send paper into pressing unit, when it enters plastic shaft it will be pressed tightly by the plastic wheel, set all the parameters on the touching screen, after done all of this begin to start cutting. Cutting paper at a slow speed and try to adjust the proper location of pressing board of the paper receiving unit, when it can make paper piling very fitted on position thence tidy begin to speed up.
The whole procedure is shown as follows：
1, Check the machine
2,Power on the air compressor and the machine
3,Use the oil pressure paper holder to clamp and hold the base paper roll
4,Follow the procedure
5,The paper head enters the oil pressure paper holder adjustment part (adjust the
pressure)
6, Enter the adjusting part of the reverse curved frame (adjust the guide edge system)
7, Enter the front paper guide (adjust the paper tension)
8,Enter the pressing part (rubber shaft). When the paper enters the rubber shaft, use the rubber wheel to press the paper and adjust the pressure
9, Set all parameters on the touch screen
10,Paper cutting (cutting a small part of paper first, slow paper cutting speed)
11, Adjust the diagonal of the paper cutting and the cardboard blocking of the paper
receiving section
12,Accelerated paper cutting
13,Process completion of start-up step
