The 15th paper cutting engineer training camp of CHM Machinery starts again

CHM Machinery Paper Cutting Engineer Training Camp” is CHM Machinery’s purpose to help customers cultivate paper cutting engineers, so that trainees who participate in the training can learn paper knowledge and slitting theory while practicing real machine paper cutting operation skills, and understand and learn the functions of slitting machines. Knowledge, improve the operating skills of paper cutting engineers, reduce paper loss, and overall improve customer benefits and specially organized training projects. 

 
Chief engineer Mr. Gao explained the theoretical training on sheeter machines. From the basic knowledge of sheeter machines, to the process flow of sheeter machine production lines, common troubleshooting methods of sheeter machines, to the three-level maintenance knowledge of sheeter machines, complete and comprehensive training was conducted. Trainees visited the CHM Machinery Production Base CHM Machinery's various types of roll paper sheeter machines and A4 copy paper production lines and sheeter machines are produced from the hydraulic paper rack - edge guide part - main machine part - conveying part to the delivery department production and manufacturing site. 

 
In the practical training,Mr. Zhang , a senior engineer of CHM Machinery, introduced the basic structure of the sheeter machine in detail to the students, demonstrated how to operate the sheeter machine correctly, and discussed face-to-face solutions to problems encountered during the paper cutting process. 

Senior engineer Mr.Lu provided knife adjustment training on single and double rotary cutter heads, the main high-precision components of the web sheeter machine, as well as practical machine operation for the students. In the process of paper cutting, cutting the paper well is closely related to the cutter head. After we adjust the cutter head, the moment the paper is transported to the cutter head for cross-cutting, the cut can be made cleaner and neater. Therefore, "knife adjustment" is also one of the essential skills for an excellent paper cutting engineer.
