This equipment is the first A4 paper sheeter machine in China, so what is a synchronic-fly cutting unit? double rotary knife, mainly refers to the crosscutting part of the tool shaft is drum type, by the upper and lower knife to form a crosscutting tool shaft, belongs to the shear type of scuttling, the upper and lower knife of this crosscutting tool shaft are inlaid with two pieces of crosscutting knife, it is based on the scuttling length to design the diameter of the drum, Angle and the position of the knife, so in principle, the crosscutting length is fixed. That is, one cutter head only cuts one length.. That is, one cutter head only cuts one length. A4-4, mainly used for cutting A4 size copy paper, that is, only 297 length of cutting, the whole production line covers an area of 21*16 meters, from cutting to the bag to the bag and then to palletising, including a full set of processes of the production line. 

A4-4 is determined according to the width of 210*297 of the standard A4 specification, that is, 210*4, that is, cutting 4 Pockets of 210 copy paper at the same time, we call it 4 cuts, this is an A4 four-cut production line. So how wide are four 210s of adapted base paper? 4*210=840, in theory 840 base paper can be. However, there is always some gap between theory and reality. Why? In the process of base paper rewinding, there will be some poor accuracy in the paper mill, plus there will be some accuracy errors when we cut, so if you only use 840 base paper roll to cut, it will certainly cause the width of the next two pockets of paper is not necessarily 210, so we are used to using 845 base paper to make sure that one side can be trimmed 2.5mm. Try to avoid the bad size caused by insufficient size, of course, if the size of the base paper is larger, such as 850, it can be more willful operation for cutting. The extra paper edge is discharged outside the body through the fan and air pipe next to it. Can also collect it according to the needs of your factory, such as blowing it into the corner of the workshop or discharging it into the waste paper pond, which is necessary to re-plan the waste paper collection system on site. 

The 845 base paper roll is cut into 4 strips of 210 wide A4 paper, and then into the cross cutting head of the roller for 297 lengths of slitting, and a complete A4 paper is so slitted. The length of the slitter round knife can only be 297 in the cross cutting head. If the size of A3 (297*420) is to be sited, can it be completed on this machine? Of course, just need to lift the second and fourth slitting knives and not cut them to the paper.

Similarly, if you want to put a certificate of conformity on the outer packaging box, you can also install an inkjet printer at the output position of the box for printing. After the box is covered, the next process is taping. We are equipped with 2 automatic taping machines, which can make cross tapes and tic-tac-toe tapes. After the box passes through the taping machine and the electric eye identifies the delivery location of the box, For automatic taping, our machine uses a cross belt. The first taping machine comes out, changes the conveying direction of the boxes through wheel conversion, and enters the second taping machine for automatic taping. This all depends on your own needs. In addition, the width of the tape is also particular. Different bandwidths require different tape grooves. Therefore, when ordering a tape machine, be sure to determine whether the bandwidth you use is 9mm or 11mm or other sizes, so as to avoid the machine Came back and the straps didn't fit.
