When selecting an A4 copy paper production line, machine speed is never the sole priority. What truly matters is whether the
equipment can adapt to specific paper materials, deliver standard finished sizes, and match practical on-site production schedules.
This core principle guided our latest turnkey project in Kazakhstan.
The local customer aimed to launch a full-process A4 copy paper production line, covering roll material processing, precise sheeting,
and automatic ream wrapping. After evaluating their on-site conditions and production goals, the customer opted for our integrated
CHM-A4-2 + CHM-A4B copy paper production line. The complete line is now in stable operation, processing 80 GSM Russian-origin
copy paper at a running speed of 200 m/min to produce standard 210 × 297 mm A4 finished sheets.

Customized Configuration for Practical Production Needs
Every CHM production solution is tailored to the customer’s actual workflow, rather than forcing manufacturers to adapt their processes
to fixed machine models. For this Kazakhstan project, the customer’s raw material is 80 GSM Russian copy paper, with unified production
requirements for standard-sized A4 finished products and continuous high-efficiency output.
To meet these demands, we configured the CHM-A4-2 high-precision sheeting machine for core roll-to-sheet cutting, paired with
the CHM-A4B automatic ream wrapping machine for downstream packaging. The two devices form a streamlined integrated line,
covering all key procedures from raw paper rolls to fully packaged, saleable A4 copy paper, eliminating inefficient manual intermediate links.
Stable On-Site Operation with Reliable Output Quality
Consistent operational stability and precise dimensional accuracy are the two most critical indicators for commercial A4 copy paper production.
After official commissioning and operation at the Kazakhstan site, the integrated line delivers steady performance under formal production conditions.
Running continuously at 200 m/min with 80 GSM Russian copy paper, the equipment maintains precise 210 × 297 mm sheet dimensions
across long-hour operation. It effectively avoids common production defects such as dimensional deviation, uneven cutting, and
paper jams, ensuring uniform finished product quality and high pass rates. Real on-site operation fully verifies the compatibility
between our customized configuration and the customer’s raw materials and production standards — a far more persuasive result
than theoretical parameter displays.
Full-Process Automatic Workflow, Boosting Production Efficiency
The CHM-A4-2 + CHM-A4B line adopts a highly efficient one-stop production layout, realizing seamless connection between front-end
sheeting and back-end packaging. The complete workflow follows a logical and efficient sequence: Paper Rolls → Precision A4 Sheeting →
Automatic Counting & Collecting → Standard Ream Wrapping → Finished Saleable A4 Paper.
This integrated design greatly simplifies the customer’s production process, reduces labor costs and intermediate product losses, and enables
direct output of finished products that meet market sales standards. It perfectly fits the customer’s demand for standardized, large-scale,
and automated A4 copy paper production.
Practical Production Results: The Best Proof of Equipment Value
At CHM, equipment delivery is never the end of a project. We always focus on post-installation operational performance and practical
production benefits for customers. The Kazakhstan project serves as a typical example of our customer-centric service philosophy.
Tailored to the customer’s raw paper characteristics, target specifications, and output requirements, our customized solution has achieved
stable and efficient formal production. Every piece of running data and every qualified finished product validates the rationality of our
equipment configuration and the reliability of our product performance.
We deeply value every customer’s trust. Each equipment order represents a manufacturer’s recognition of CHM’s technical strength
and customized service capability. We always adhere to designing targeted production solutions based on customers’ actual working
conditions, ensuring equipment creates tangible production value for every user.
