CHM Slitting Machine Maintenance

It is necessary to carry out a comprehensive regular maintenance of the scuttling machine every two weeks, the maintenance time is 2-4 hours, and the general power supply must be cut off before maintenance. The specific maintenance points are as follows:

2.Check the paper guide roller: manually turn the paper guide roller, carefully listen to whether there is abnormal sound, determine whether the bearing falls off or breaks, if there is a problem, timely maintenance or replacement.  

3.Sensing bearing temperature: Touch the bearing end of the rotating body gently with the back of your finger to feel whether the temperature is too high. If the temperature is abnormal, check whether it is caused by oil shortage or ball rupture, and add

 lubricating oil or replace damaged parts if necessary.  

4.Check the fan of the electrical cabinet: Open the door of the electrical cabinet and check whether the exhaust fan can rotate normally. If the fan does not rotate, check whether the fan blade is stuck or the motor is burned out, and clean the foreign 

matter on the blade or replace the fan in time.

5.Check oil leakage points: Check all parts of the slitter for oil leakage, focusing on the piston seal ring. If the seal ring is seriously worn, replace it in time to prevent oil leakage from affecting the operation of the equipment.  

6.Observe the pressure gauge: Check whether the pressure gauge pointer is stable. If the pointer wobbles greatly, check whether the gas pipe connector is loose or leaking, and tighten or replace the connector in time.  

7.Debug the return holder: Operate the return holder to ensure smooth movement of the wall. If the movement is stuck, adjust the opening of the oil inlet valve properly to restore the normal operation of the paper return holder.  

8.Test tension mechanism: check the brake pad wear of the brake mechanism, check whether the gas pipe joint is firm, and whether the position of the sliding regulating valve is accurate, to ensure that the tension mechanism is sensitive and reliable, and can accurately control the slitting tension.
